They came from Novgorod, Russia and I believe they went to Manhattan, NY. Celia's maiden name was Altschuler. Had children Sarah, Iving and Solomon. In the 1930 census - Andert, Celia and children in Connecticut, Windham County, Township of Eastford. She is the head of household at this point with 3 children. I think Joseph died in 1924 (I cannot find out where). Celia died 12/11/61 in Eastford, Ct. Daughter Sarah married Wesley Beebe in CT.
