My great great grandfather called himself Patrick Ansborough from County Mayo, Ire. He fled the famine and lived in Bradford, Eng. where he married Ellen Fitzpatrick on 21 Feb 1852. His father's name was Terence. Does anyone know if the Catholic Chapel of Bradford gives more details about the people married there as compared to the Gen. Reg. Office. I only have 1st names of their fathers and I'm unable to determine exactly where he is from in County Mayo. They had one child there, named Thomas in 1852. They migrated to New Orleans, LA. He could not read or write so his name is spelled many different ways. I believe he had a brother named Michael.
