Thanks Paddy. I took Angie's suggestion and I sent an email to the Bishop of Leeds. Maybe that person might refer me to the correct place to find the document. I would think it is in an Archdiocese Archive depository. Similar to where we keep things in New Orleans.

We have an 80 old man who works at our Archives and he pulls all of the documents for us because they don't want anyone handling anything. Our grubby little fingers I guess. They have pulled some here from the 1700s.

My Irish side of my family is where I am having the most difficulty. They were not active in churches here and all of the men died rather young. Digging those New Orleans canals... malaria and yellow fever I guess. Things were rough from 1850-1910 here in the city.

If anyone needs info on the Ansbros in this city, I'm the one to contact. I have lots of stuff on all of the families.

Dale
