Surnames: Ashley, Rolfe, Brown, Phillips, Hall, Hibbard
1860 census shows Samuel age 48 born in NY, wife Ellen age 37 also from NY. Children George 18; Ellne 8: Edgar 6.
They look like they are farming next to my GG grandfather Amos Anson Ashley. His mother was Lucretia Anson 1798--1830 New York. Married to William Ashley 1790-1880 Hopewell County NY. What I am trying to find is a family relationship between either Amos and Samuel, or that Samuel was maybe a nephew to Luretia? I have no idea who her family were?
