Is Lewis Anson the father of Jerry Anson Greene CO. NY?

Looking to solve the above question. I am researching Gerald (Jerry) Anson who was born in Greene CO. NY. I am trying to find parentage for him. He later married Elizabeth Pomeroy and had at least two daughters, Helen and Laura in 1886. I find a Jerry on the 1870 US Census with parents Clara and father Lewis. I don't know if this is the Jerry I am looking for. Is anyone else researching this Anson family?
Robin

1860 census shows Samuel age 48 born in NY, wife Ellen age 37 also from NY. Children George 18; Ellne 8: Edgar 6.
They look like they are farming next to my GG grandfather Amos Anson Ashley. His mother was Lucretia Anson 1798--1830 New York. Married to William Ashley 1790-1880 Hopewell County NY. What I am trying to find is a family relationship between either Amos and Samuel, or that Samuel was maybe a nephew to Luretia? I have no idea who her family were?

Maj Charles H Anson Wisconsin

My great-grandfather was Maj Charles H Anson (his brother was Maj Frank A Anson), both born in Peru, NY to Edward Anson and Helen M. Hayes. Frank was born on 3-8-1844 and married Mollie Griswold in June of 1874. They joined the Vermont Volunteers in the Civil War, then eventually moved to Milwaukee and started the Anson Brothers Grocery. They were both heavily involved in Wisconsin politics.

Charles was supposedly married to Harriet F. Leyman on October 10, 1880. I do know his son, my grandfather, Charles Lyman Anson, was born April 23, 1884, but I'm not sure if it were in Wisconsin or Illinois. If anyone knows anything about these Ansons, or any of their offspring, I'd appreciate it. Marcy

I am trying to find information about my fathers family Thomas Anson born 1920 married to Mary Joyce Molyneux 1948. His father was Charles Anson born around 1878 and married to Sarah Walton. I do not know Sarah maiden name as she was widowed when she married my grandfather and my grandfather had also been married before and his first wife had died. My father Thomas was the only child of that marriage although he had plenty of half brothers and sisters!

Christopher George Anson-Katrina

My name is Sarah Gregory, and I am looking for my fiancee, Christopher George Anson's daughter. Chris was 17 when she was born, but her mother was older. His parents threatened the mother and she left him and he has never seen or spoken to her since. The baby was born in either 1985 or 1986, which would make her 14 or 15. Her name is Katrina, but I don't think that she has the last name Anson. Her last known whereabouts was with her mother, Laura, in Saskatchewan. Katrina has epilepsy, like her father, and I know that he really wants to find her before our wedding. If anybody has any information that could help me could you please either respond to my message or e-mail me at <a href="http://www.womshelt@odyssey.on.ca" target="_blank">www.womshelt@odyssey.on.ca.
Thank you.
Sincerely, Sarah Gregory
