Hi Jim,
I'm always interested in talking about the Ansted family. My daughter is in Germany now, for 2 months, and will be doing some Ansted genealogy while she's there.
How about contacting me directly, vkngprints@sbcglobal.net, and let me know where you are with your genealogy and we'll go from there.
Jim Kimble

Following message was sent by myself but I filled out a Melissa Archibald's name where mine was to go. Sorry for the mistake.

Thank you for your reply. Have not been in touch with anyone. My family founded the town of Temperance, Michigan. I myself lived in Lambertville for 28 years. I have a lot of written history of the family as well as do my Brothers & Sisters. There is 9 of us (7 boys & 2 sisters) still living in my family. In fact, we are having a family reunion this weekend (8/01/2003) in Toledo. If you were to call 734-856-5620 ( David Ansted) one of us would be happy to talk to you.

Have you spoke to Trudy Urbani Bedfords town historian regarding your Ansted line? I know she has mentioned this family. She is currently collecting genealogy data relating to the towns history. If you have not spoke to her already and wish to share data with her let me know. I recently volunteered to help find data on our town.
