I'm not sure if this is any help to anyone but in the Bampton (Oxfordshire) parish records there is a marriage on 27th May 1766 for a Thomas Anstiss of Quainton, Bucks to Ann Luckett of Aston. Witnesses were William Holliday and Thomas Fox.
