My family in Hawaii started with Joao and Julia Antonio (later changed to Antone). They came from Sao Miguel, Azores in 1882 on the SS Monarch. Had 3 children with them - Balbina, Jacintho, & Augusto. Had 2 more, Maria & Frances (Francis?) in Hilo, HI. I am descended from Maria, who married Manuel Vierra.
