Seeking information on Franz Heinrich Apffel who was born in Kandel, Germany in 1818, brother of Carl (Charles) who emigrated to New Orleans in 1847 and lived in the Carrollton Section.
Unable to find anything on German records other than Franz Heinrich Apffel's birth nor have I found any thing yet in New Orleans records.
