Hi, I am repying to your message #49 in which you say you have viewed the Aponte coat of arms. My brother, Raul Aponte had tee-shirts made with that same emblem of the fox crossing the bridge and the "Oh que mal Paso" printed, for family gatherings, which are now unfortunately rare, since we all live in different states.
Kinda of funny or maybe a sad saying. What do you make of it?
Anyway, the information that you need, I will have to look for because I moved and packed everything so well, I can't find a thing. I do however have the address for the National Library of Spain:
http://weber.u.washington.edu/~buber/basque.html
E-mail buber@u.washington.edu
Basque Geneology tips

I promise to write to you as soon as I can find more info and what I have already.
Good Luck, and please keep in touch.
Sicerely,
Rose C.
In case it is not available to u, my email is Rosecposec@aol.com.
