Samuel Applegate b. 1806 to John & Sarah Applegate - NJ

Looking to collaborate with anyone researching the following family:
John Applegate (b. 1779 NJ) and married Sarah (b.1790 NJ)
They had 12 children:
1)Samuel married Hannah Fowler; 2)Lydia 3)George 4)Mariah 5)John 6)Deborah 7)Jediah 8)David 9)Joseph married Lydia Cadwalder; 10)Sarah 11)Mary Jane 12)Phoebe.
This family lived in Mercer/Burlington/Monmouth area. There are several online trees. I am looking for anyone to share a source for Sarah's maiden name. I have a family bible that lists children, but does not list Sarah's maiden name. I am very willing to share information.
