My Grandfather is Florenico Aquino from Lapog (now San Juan) Illocos Sur, Philippines. I'm trying to determine what my Grandmother's first name is. All I know about her is that her maiden surname is Viloria. Their male children were Modesto, Romulo and Godofredo (Fred) Viloria Aquino (all deceased), I have no knowledge of daughters if they exist.

I'm also looking for info/clues about Florencio's history, I don't know much about him. I have a home movie of his funeral in the Philippines and it has made me really curious.

His coffin was draped with the Phillipine flag and it was carried past what looks to be a uniformed Philipine military honor guard as it was being taken into some kind of government building where eulogies were made by various "official" looking people. That makes me think that there must of been something in his life that was notable enough to warrant that kind of treatment in death.

I would appreciate any clues/info on the above questions, I've not had any luck so far with my record searches.

There is no sound in the movie, so I don't have any verbal clues... but then even if there were, it would not be much use to me as I don't speak or understand Illocono.
