I am looking for information on Arnot Leslie Arbaugh, born 11/10/1883. I am not sure the state he was born, I believe it was Illinois but his draft registration shows him signing in Arkansas. He was working on the Illinois Central Railroad in Centralia, IL in 1919 and I believe living with my great aunt. If anyone has any information, please contact me ASAP. I have info to share.
