i am looking for an Arnot Leslie Arbaugh who was born around 1883. His draft registration shows that he signed up in AR but in 1919 he was working on the railroad in Southern Illinois (Centralia, IL) for the Illinois Central RR. If you have any information, please contact me ASAP.
