      <description>My Grandfather was John Barcellos Lima, he was born in Sao Mateus, Angra do Hermos, Teceira, Azores on April 19th, 1894. His mothers name was Maria Amparo. He and his family came to America in 1920, and died in San Jose,California October, 16th 1956.  If any one has any information about the family before moving to America it would I would be very greatful.</description>

      <description>The Times Leader&lt;br&gt;Princeton, Ky.&lt;br&gt;Oct. 8, 2005&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Lillian Arbeiter, 92, of Princeton, died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2005, at 5:30 a.m. at Princeton Health Care Manor. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A homemaker who had worked as a waitress and member of the Baptist faith, she was born Aug. 15, 1913, in Christian County, a daughter of the late William Edward and Myrtle Elizabeth Height Pace. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was preceded in death by three sisters and five brothers. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Survivors include cousins and caregivers, Guy and Cricket VanCleve of Madisonville; a foster son, Auburn White of Paducah; and several nieces and nephews. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were conducted Friday, Oct. 7, at 11 a.m. at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The Rev. John Benton officiated the service, assisted by the Rev. Gerald Cannon. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Burial followed in Odd Fellow Cemetery.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;303030&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>Maybe I can help someone or maybe they can help me??&lt;br&gt;I found a Fred Arbeiter   (age 28) and his wife Lena Arbeiter (age 24) plus&lt;br&gt;son John W.F. Arbeiter (age 3) these people were found in Jackson Co.,IL. in 1900 census. and living with them was a Bertha E. Seidel (age 16) this lady is my grandmother she lost her family in 1888 and was living as a servant with the Arbeiter, she married in 1903 to August Sticht in MO.       <description>5 October 1951   Evening News of the Tonawandas &lt;br&gt;Mrs. Mary Arbeiter &lt;br&gt;Mrs. Mary Arbeiter, nee Kriegler, 64, died this morning in the DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a lingering illness.  Born in Austria, Hungary, she resided here for the past 46 years.  She is a former member of St. Stephen's Society and a member of the Ascension Church.  The wife of the late Michael who died March 28, 1951, she is survived by three sons, Lawrence, Michael Jr. and Rudolph, all of North Tonawanda; one sister, Miss Helen Kriegler in the American Zone in Germany; eight grandchildren.  Funeral services Monday morning at 8:45 in the Pawenski Funeral Home, 652 Oliver St., and 9 o'clock in the Ascension Church, the Rev. Francis J. Hunt officiating.  Burial in Mt. Olivet.&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>Tonawanda News, 28 March 1951&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;MICHAEL ARBEITER, SR.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Michael Arbeiter, Sr., 42 Second Ave., died this morning in DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Austria-Hungary and had lived here 46 years. Prior to his illness, he had worked at the Buffalo Bolt Division of Buffalo-Eclipse Corporation where he had been employed in Department 23 for 35 years . He was a member of the union at Buffalo Bolt. He also was a member of the St. Stephen's Society of Buffalo and Ascension Church. Survivors include his wife, Mary, nee Kriegler; three sons, Lawrence, Michael Jr. and Rudolph, all of North Tonawanda; a brother Rudolph of Austria, and eight grandchildren. Services will be at 8:45 a.m. Saturday in the Pawenski Funeral Home, 652 Oliver St., and at 9 a.m. in Ascension Church, the Rev. Francis J. Hunt officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.</description>
