Jean Archambault son of Joseph Amable Archambault

am looking for more information on Jean Archambault (abt 1768) son of Joseph Amable Archambault and Desanges Meunier Lapierre. I have seen records indicating he maried Marie Michele bricault Dit Lamarch 1798. I have also seen records that indicate he was married to Marie Joseph Allard in 1787. I have no dates of death. Was he in fact married to Marie who died then married Marie Michelle? Also how many children. I have seen reference to something like 12 children. Any assistance would be appreciated!

Trying to put some pieces together with information I have received from my sister; seem to be finding dead ends pertaining to the above Archambault descendants. My grandfather George Archambault was their brother (he was also the brother of Telesphore, Ubalde (Francis), and Emilliene. I've found census records from the 20's and 30's but that is as far as I've been able to uncover.

Familysearch.org has the marriage of Albert Archambault and Aldeanna Gosselin dated 11 Jan 1911 in Chicopee, Massachusetts. https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/N4DQ-7XL

It states that Albert's parents are: Adjoutard Archambault and Celanire Charron. I checked the records on Ancestry.com and there is a marriage for Albert's parents in Quebec. They were married in 1872 in the Catholic church of St-Denis-sur-Richelieu.

The parents of Aldeanna Gosselin were Francios Gosselin and Hermine Bisson. There marriage is also on Ancestry. They were married in 1874 in the Catholic church of Lauzon (St-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-Lévy) also in Quebec.

Albert B. Archambault born in Canada about 1890, emigrated to the United States (I believe in Massachusetts) in 1905, then shows up and lived in Springfield, Massachusetts (MASS/MA) from 1905 (per US City Directory) to his death (about 1934).

In 1911, he married Aldeanna A Gosselin (per the 1930 US Census). They had 6 children: Robert F Archambault (1911-1992), Leonille J. A. Archambault (1914-1914 [died at 4 mos old]), Muriel A Archambault (1916-??) [married Matthew John Lennon, Jr. in 1938]), Raymond Napolean Archambault (1917-1984) [married Jean Frances Bridge; had at least one child)], Loretta Alberta Archambault (1919-2001) [married 1st- Stanley Pajak, 2nd-Robert L Pelletier]), Arthur L Archambault (1913-1975), [married Marie I, at least one child Irene M (1934-living) who married 1st-Frank Harold MacArthur, 2nd- Hank Parrow]).

I am looking for any relatives of these people, most specifically Albert and Aldeanna. I cannot find from where in Canada they came from.

My name is Diane Gagnon and I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. My mother is Irene Elizabeth (nee Archambault), her father was Armand Archambault and her grandparents were Pierre Archambault & Elmire (nee Dean). My mother’s great grandparents were John Dean and Alphonsine Chouinard.

I have been researching family history for about 10 years now. Unfortunately this year, my mother passed away at 81 years old and it will be difficult to get information on the family.

I paid the St Boniface Historical Society in 1998 to research my family tree and this is one of the charts they provided. See the attached family chart listing Pierre Archambault and his parents. See the attached marriage certificate (1850 archambault;carpentier), had hoped to get it translated. I have 1901 census info on Pierre Archambault (listed born Aug 2, 1863 Quebec).

I have lost all connections too my fathers side well I never knew to much about my father or his family I just remember my grandmother and visiting her in Boston from what my mother remembers she said my grandfather George Archambeault served in Vietnam and my father served in the U.S. Navy Paul Archambeault as well as my uncle Roger Archambeault. I do not know for sure my grandmothers name my mom's memory is fuzzy she says it is Linda or Maryjane. Anything you can help me with would be amazing I would just love to know bout where I came from since I never got a chance to find out.

I found Louis' death cert and it lists his father as Ambrose. It also lists his year of birth as 1845 rather than the 1848 that is on his headstone in Bakersfield. I am now trying to find information on Ambrose or Ambroise in Canada. I have an 1851 Census with a son Amedee as 4 years old. I am looking for other vital canadian records too.

Archambault from Massachusetts in early 1900

I'm having a hard time locating information on my grandfather. His name Adelard Archambault born May 16, 1903 and passed June 30, 1977. My father recently passed and I didn't get much information from him about his parents. These are the things I know for sure:

DOB May 16, 1903
DOD June 30, 1977

served in West Point and is on the 1930 US Census

His mother was born in Connecticut.

Not sure of the number of siblings but he does have a sister named Emma (Archambault) Collins who is believed to have lived in Lowell, MA. Not sure if Emma is short for anything?

Anyone who can find a way to figure out his parents names or siblings names, I would deeply appreciate.

Is that the same Ernest "Kit" Archambault that owned the Pawtuxet Valley Bus Lines in West Warwick? There are so many Archambault's in West Warwick. I believe that my dad Louis was a cousin of Ernest. If so look at the archives of obits in the Providence Journal @ projo.com, you may find Ernest obit.

Therese maried Thomas LaRue on November 24, 1886, in Ramsey County, Saint Paul, Minnesota. After his death she married George W. Gauthier on October 31, 1894, in Ramsey County, Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Translation help and lookup in the Archambault database please

I have two things I wuld like to address in this post.. Please bear with me here. ;)

1. I found a marriage record in the Drouin Collection "Quebec Vital & Church Records 1621-1967" for Ferdinand Des Lauriers and Eucharist Archambault (bottom pg 50 through the top half of pg 51). It aslo has the dates 1874-1883 on the left side (off film) and "M.3." in the left column just above Ferdinand & Eucharists' names.

Unfortunately I can't seem to get the translation right. Would anyone be willing to translate this information for me and send it? I doesn't matter to me if it is sent as a reply here, a message in Ancestry or as an e-mail to me personally.
and
2)would you check that extensive Archambault database that you have and check to see if Eucharist is connected there and let me know either way? I'll load the info into my FTM and mark the task as complete and will fill in the next task when I know which way the answer to #2 goes.

Sorry if this sounds abrupt, but I've just been hit with a migraine and it was sudden. A result of that is my sight goes wacky and blurred for a while and trying to type this at this time. Is rather difficult.

On that note, I'm off to my chair and a cold compress for my head/eyes.

I believe my gg grandfather was part of this family. His name was Fredrick Archambeault (spelling according to death record). He was born in 1858 in Vermont. He had a brother, William N. Archambeault who was born April 1855 in St. Albans. William married a Delia Perry and Fredrick married a Carrie Perry (brothers marrying sisters?). I would like to find out who their parents were. I just recently started researching my family and found I descend from Earnest Archambault. I spent quite a bit of time trying to track down more info on Mary Morrow one night. The name seems fairly consistent on certs relating to her children but I can't find her family in a census even though she should be at least second generation in Vermont. I thought maybe her last name could be Mauly or Morro at one point. It was a few weeks ago and I don't recall the details offhand. If you would like to write me directly, we can collaborate on this. I am looking for what would be my great-great grandma, Alice Archambault. Ideally I would like to trace that back to her parents, etc.

I have found two seemingly similar and yet conflicting census reports.

The one from 1910 shows her born in North Dakota, living in Spokane, WA. Both parents are listed as French.

The one from 1920 shows her born in North Dakota, living in Auburn, WA. Only her father is from Indiana and her mother is from Sweden.

Everything else on these is the same. Some help?
