Neil Ard and Easter Singletary of Pulaski County, GA

I am seeking information on Neil Ard and Easter Singletary of Pulaski County ,GA. They were married there in 1807 however Neil died in Decatur County in 1817. They had these children: Jane(1807) married Martin Yaun(Yawn), Joseph (1809), James (1811), Nancy (1813), Thomas (1816) married Rebecca Philmon After Neil died Easter married Jacob Miller. They had Ruben Miller and Allen Miller. All appear to have moved to East Texas. I would like to find out who Neils parents are. I believe he is a descendant of James "Smokey" Ard from Scotland. Would appriciate any help.
