The last time I looked there were no queries for Ardo, imagine my surprise and delight when I saw this tonight. My paternal grandfather was Louis Ardo b. 9/4/09 d. 7/86. He had a brother Joseph b. 9/26/1896 d. 2/72 in Lorain, Ohio. There is also a brother Frank, b. 1905 d. 1941;; sister Elizabet (that's the spelling of her name on the headstone) b. 1907 d. 1926; their parents are listed also: Joseph Sr b. 1868 d. 1930 and Josefne b. 1874 d. 1923. I do not know where Joseph was born or when Josefne and Joseph Sr came to the U.S. Does this sound like it could be your grandfather?
