Hi. I am tracing descendants of Manuel Arellano and Filomena. I am related to Filomena. I have in our extensive family tree the names of their 8 children. One of them is Silvio Ciriaco Arellano born June 18, 1915 (I have a copy of his birth certificate). Manuel's family used to lived in 914 O'Donell St. (now Severino St.) in Sta Cruz, Manila about the year Silvio was born.
