My full name is Kenneth Michael Monner. Nicholas Monner and Mary Arend were my great-grandparents. They moved to Oregon to homestead. Their son, Michael Monner was my grand-father. He married Myrtle Baker and my father. Lawrence was born in Tacoma Wash in 1907. The family moved to Alberta to homestead and there are many Monners in Alberta. I moved east to Ottawa and I use the name Michael here.

According to a document I have, Nicholas and Mary had 3 boys: Michael, John and William and one daughter: Kate born in 1876 and married Joe Tooke.
