I am looking for information regarding William J. Arend and Mahala Hubbard who married in Morgan County, Indiana on 11/22/1891. They had one child, a son named Luther J. Arend, who went on to teach school in Jasper County and later in Morgan County.

As near as I can tell, Mahala (Mahla in the 1900 census) died sometime between 1900 and 1920 when William shows up living with his son and daughter-in-law in Jasper county. In 1930, William, his son and daughter-in-law are living back in Morgan County.

Does anyone have any dates and/or other information regarding Mahala (my husband's ancestor) or William? William was 84 in 1930, so I don't know how much longer he would have lived.
