Searching for birth information on Ferne A. Argo, b. 3-26-1895, Atchison Co., Mo. Mother Meda, aka Mary Argo, Ferne was born perhaps in the Tarkio area. Mother later married Geo. Sapp, Ferne carried the Sapp name in the 1900 , Ne. census at Tekumsah, Ne. federal census. Birth certificates were not required at that time, so my search has not be sucessful.
