Surnames: MORGAN, CARTER, ARGO
Can anyone tell me if the ARGO family of Coosa County (or Tallapoosa County) AL who married into the Carter and Morgan families of the same area and then moved to Texas in the 1860's and later to Oklahoma are African-Americans?
