Gayle, it is strange that you have mentioned a Virginia being born to Patsy Cole in 1956 in Kingsville. My mother's birth name was Dottie Virginia Williams and her amended birth certificate has her DOB as 10/08/1958. She thought she was placed with my grandparents 3 days after birth, her adoption was finalized September of 1959. Her adoption papers do not list her birthparents names or any unidentifying information. Could you tell me more about Virginia?
