Soy Pablo Armas Pérez. Te escribo con algo de retraso. Bueno espero que veas el mensaje, por que igual tenemos parientes comunes. Aquí te dejo el listado de antepasados aunque vivo en Tenerife, mi bisabuelo era de Valverde. My family name is Armas. They are from the Azores and are Portuguese. My grandparents settled in Nevada. Some of my family live or lived in the Bay area of California. My maternal grandmother last name was either Freitas or Frates and her mother's last name was Novo or Nova.

Would love to hear from anyone familiar with the portuguess Armas'.

i don't know if we are realted somehow but my last name is armas and im just curious to know if i have any relatives out there that i don't know my family is also large. If u got a chance please reply. My grandfathers name was Alfredo Armas and my grandmothers maiden name was Luz Garcia.

"FERNANDO DE ARMAS - Funeral services for Fernando De Armas, 80, were held yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock at the Presbyterian church at Eleventh avenue and Eleventh street. Rev. F. Boan officiated. Burial was in Woodlawn cemetery. Mr. De Armas is survived by two sons, Charles and Filiberto De Armas and five daughters, Mrs. Rita Santiesteban, Mrs. Luisa Cabrera, Mrs. Teresa Talavera, Mrs. Piedad De Armas and Mrs. Virginia Garrido."
