My father Benjamin Armenta Alcántar was born (1932)in San Isidro, Ahome, Sin.México. His father was Rodolfo Armenta and his mother, Margarita Alcántar Leyva. His brothers are Rafael and Jesus (both deceased) and Dolores Armenta.
We are 12 children (7 girls 5 boys) and we all live in Mexico.
I am interested to hear from any relatives who may have migrated to the Az, New Mexico or California. I did a surname search and found out that many Armentas migrated to the United States in the late 1800's, beginning of 1900's.
I have found some relatives ARMENTA MENDIVIL, living in Sinaloa. Any input would be appreciated. There are not that many Armentas in Sinaloa.
