My name is Peter Armer and I live in Lancashire England. In the early part of the 20th Century, my grandfather's brother (surname Armer) left the north of England to live in the USA (Detroit I think). My Grandfather's name was Thomas Armer and I believe he had approximately 8 brothers and sisters.

I am also lead to believe that my Grandfather's brother's son visited the UK sometime later whilst on active service with the US Air Force.

The details are vague as my Grandparents died long before I was born and I was born very late in my own Father's life and therefore stories were not passed on as well as they should have been.
