Surnames: Armes Babb Babcock Carpenter Zarr
Looking for information on Edward Raymond Armes born probably in Sullivan County, PA about 1902 the son of Charles Oscar Armes and his wife Catherine (Babb or Babcock) Armes.
Supposedly he served in the army just after World War I and went AWOL. He then changed his named to Edward Carpenter. Edward Carpenter married Harriet Zarr August 1923 then died February 23, 1930 in Williamsport, PA.
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
