I've compiled some information and would like to make it available to all who are researching this line (hopefully in return for even more information!!).
I have gone through the Anderson County / Morgan County census beginning 1850 forward and matched it to the cemetary transcriptions for Anderson/Morgan county. This has opened my eyes to quite a bit of "Bletcher Armes" information that I previously did not know existed. If you are related to this line and would like to have info, please contact me.
I also have a copy of a 1901 court transcription of a land dispute between Bletcher's heirs. There are several names listed which I have not seen posted previously, including Turpin Armes and John Armes as being related to Bletcher in some way. I'd like to have more info here if anyone has it.
If your family is related to this line I would love to trade info/ideas with anyone out there.
