My great great grandfather was August Arndt born in Prussia (now Berlin) in 1833 died in Philadelphia 1898 married Carolyn Schrader born 1835 in Prussia and died in Philadelphia 1898. I believe that August had at least two sons August and Francis. Francis Arndt was my greatgrandfather, born and died in Philadelphia. His son Francis Arndt was my grandfather also born in Philadelphia and died in Maryland 1993.
