I've been trying to research my family for years to no avail. Trying to find the origin. I was Amanda Arney before I got married. My family is from the Southern Illinois area, and Dover, Tennessee. Names in my family include Aren Arney, Ray Arney, Hattie McCann(Hargrove), Virginia Joyce Arney nee Hargrove), May Arney, Scott Arney, A.C. Arney...the list goes on.
