The two in question were my great-great grandparents. According to a story told to me by some old cousins of mine who would have been grandchildren of theirs, they said that Susan was actually the product of an attack on her mother by an Indian but was accepted by her mother's husband as his own. She was the youngest of her siblings. They had two boys, my great-grandfather, William Henry Arnhart and Peter Arnhart. Peter's son, Harvey told us this story.
