Dale Charles Arp Sr. was born 10/18/34 and died 08/04/03 his parents were Rose Caroline (or Catherine) Phillber and Emal L. Arp Virginia Arp was born 3/1/39 she was adopted by Ielene Freeda Aharrems and Roger Ledman Williams and his mothers name was Anna. if anyone has any more information i would be happy to hear from you
