I'm looking for any available info on a Larry Arpin.

He was born in Connecticut some time in the late 1920's through mid 1930's. He lived in the Lewiston/Auburn, ME area in 1963. It is rumored that he had a criminal record in CT and also lived in FL. Where would be a good place to search based on those vague details?

Any info is greatly appreciated.
