My Father was Kirby Ellsworth Arter b. 3-8-1887 died 5-24-1963. My Grandfather was Michael Arter b. 7-3-1814 d. 8-3-1891. His wife was Christenah Steptan b. 3-12-1813 d. 6-4-1892. My Father lived and farmed in Fairfield County, Ohio. Let me know if we are related.
