Hello, my biological father's name was Herbert James Arter II. His mother's name was Bertha May Arter before she divorced his father in the 70's. He had two sister's one of which was named Betty or Barbra.I was wondering if you had found any info on this branch of the Arter family? The last place they resided was in Columbus, Ohio. I would appreciate any info you could give me.
