This is an update to the posting that I made in 2003 regarding Daniel D. Arter and his wife, Millie Moyer. Since my original posting, I have learned that Dr. Arter had no third wife. His second wife, Millie, outlived him and is buried at his side in Cairo City Cemetery, Villa Ridge, Pulaski County,Illinois. In June 2006, my husband and I visited their gravesites there.
