Surnames: Arhtur, Floyd
Samuel Arthur was born to Samuel and Martha Floyd in
Cornwall, England. Likely close to the parish of Gwinear.
He was in Gwinear in 1871, but believe he is the man in
Perry, Stark, Ohio in 1880.
Anyone know more about this man?
