We don't know where in Ireland he emigrated from, unfortunately. Antrim appears to have had the highest # of Arthurs during the early 1800's, with Fermanagh and Tyrone. I have not found any cluster patterns, no other family members, etc. We have also looked at naming patterns of their children and so far have not come to any conclusions. He married in St George, New Brunswick, so one might assume that he might have landed in either St John, NB or Passamaquoddy. So far no luck with passenger lists. He was probably born between 1804-1810, according to military and census records. We have had no problem tracking him from 1837 forward. Thank you for your interest. He is a tough one.
