Laura Jane Artist was my great-great-grandmother. I was told that she was Blackfoot Indian, born in Ohio. Also, that she met and married Samuel C. Porter in Ohio. Other than what I was told by Grandpa Stacy Milburn, we have no records for Laura Jane at all. Just by chance I ran across something submitted about Laura Jane.
