Thank you again, Warren. Yes, I have researched the 81st. This is the object about trying to get information on him. I belong to a re-enacting unit, Co. K, 81st Pa. The company was recruited near where I live. I got interested in the men who made up then company, and eventually the men of the regiment. I have discovered some great and interesting stories about these men. Someday, I hope to put all this information together, and write a unit history, with help from other members who have better writing skills than I.
