I noticed that you have a Nathaniel Thornton Arvin.
I am decended from William Thornton and Sarah ARVIN of Surry Co.,NC and Lunenburg Co.,VA. They were the parents of Nancy THORNTON who married Jamison Wade Arvin and these two newlyweds moved and settled in Estill Co.,KY in early 1800's.

Do you have any information on the Thornton middle name of Nathaniel? I am related to the above Nancy through her sister, Sarah THORNTON who was my 3rd great grandmother. If you are part of this THORNTON line, please contact me as I have more info, but have been searching for these two women's father's family line of THORNTON's for 30 years. He was William Thornton from Lunenburg Co.,VA and there are other Thornton families from there but can't put him in the correct families there.
