Don't know if you are still looking for information about Estefana Elias Arvizu but I have a little that you may not have already. She was daughter of Concepcion Elias(b:1835) and Montiana Montiel (b:1840 not sure of spelling). She and Juan Jose had at least 7 kids that I can find records of: Guadalupe,Maria, Antonio, Conception, Eugenio,Euncio and Luis . She is buried at the Calvary Cemetery in Douglas, Az. I just took a picture of her grave and have it posted on my ancestry tree I will give you the plot # if you want it. There are also a 1920 census record that says she immigrated in 1901 and was widowed by 1920. She died of pneumonia on the 15th of March 1929. Death records for her can be found through the state records, I have a copy of the public record on my tree. Juan Jose was the son of Tiburcio Arvizu(1836-1913) and Maximinia Garcia(1838-1916). He was born in Santa Cruz, Sonora Mexico. As an adult he was 5'4" with a permanent swelling condition on forehead. This information is from his border crossing record. I believe from a death certificate he died on 10th of November 1918. He is also buried at the Calvary Cemetery in Douglas and I have a picture of the headstone (assuming the death date is correct).
