Hello all you Asaro"s out there. I have info to share and hopefully someone out there will help me find out what village i am from in Sicily and send me info on our lives!

My grandfather was Salvatore Asaro. Born 1892, married Anglina Curtola, born 1901 about. Had children Angelina and Vincenzo, both died of scarlett fever in 1927. The three remaining children are John, ( my father), tony, who moved from detroit area to calafornia, has a daughter Gina, son Danny, wife died of cancer, and James, who lived in garden City MI deceased. My grandmother had a sister named Lena, and from what I remember, Aunt Lena's son (name?) was divorced, or so they said, and he had children, daughter and sons? The daghters name was Annette Asaro. we lost touch with all of them. My dad's other brother, James had a daughter Sally and a son named Sam. His wife's name was Madie. My mothers family, the Denaros, knew my Asaro family from Sicily, then visited each other when they got to michigan. I know that my granda Philipo Denaro was from Messina and Palermo in Sicily. If I think if anything elese, I will send info. I hope there is someone out there who I can connect with. I have lost my mom and dad in the last 2 years, so any info would be priceless.
