Hi,My Mother Maria Teresa Asaro came from Sicily. I believe her Father Salvatore was an importer of Olive Oil. My Mom Passed away @ 96 years old so I do not know terribly much about the Asaro family. My family lived in Brooklyn New York for many years mostly in the Sheepshead Bay area. My husband and I now live in Florida but we are planning a trip to Sicily in the near future.
