My grandfather was Kirby, my great grandfather was Benjamin Franklin and then there was Benjamin Ezekiel, your gggrandfathers brother.If you have any written material I might be interested in please feel free to send it. Through my searches I have not been able to connect our ancestor John Barnes to the Mayflower. There is no mention of him on the Mayflower records or any other ship at that time. What have you found that I don't have? Where are you located? I'm in So. Calif., (Palm Springs). All of the children of Jesse L. Barnes are in the Comanche Co. area of TX.
