Hi Gary
Thank you for getting back to me. Thomas Ashbridge born in 1835 was also my Great Great Grandad. My Great Grandad was William Ashbridge (1883) who was married to Martha Carr (1886). Who is your Great Grandad in this line as I have the list of Thomas's children. I am not sure what else I can tell you as I havent actually managed to get much further than this I am afraid. Although I would be really interested to hear about what you have found out. Have you visited Caldbeck before? I used to go quite a lot when I was younger as I had some relatives that still lived there altough not sure if we do now.
