Searching for information on my great-grandmother FRANCES ISABEL ASHABRANNER, (1859-1903, Mississippi Co., AR). Married James Preston Sisk in 1878 in Mississippi Co. They lived in the Blytheville area.
Recently located Sisk Family Bible with the following children listed: Roberta "Bertie" Moon Sisk(1879-1956, married Arthur Hale of Blytheville), Hattie Loucilla Sisk (1882-1903, was a teacher never married), Eston Arthur Sisk (1884-1898), Chester Edwin Sisk (1887-died as an infant), Archie Desmon Sisk (1889-1906), Ivan Preston Sisk (1895-1969) and James Talmage Sisk (1899-1983).
The 1870 Census for Big Lake Township, Mississippi Co. shows ISABEL at age 12 living with her mother Ellen (age 40, born in Missouri), a brother Mark (age 14) and sisters Minera (age 16) and Ann (age 7).
The 1900 Census refers to ISABEL as "Fannie B."
Any help would be appreciated.
