Candace, thanks for the reply, I checked with my Dad who is 87 yrs. old, it was his Father's sister, Adla who married Frank (I don't know the Arabic spelling) Azar and settled in Detroit, Mi. My Dad said as much as he would have hoped to find more family, he doesn't believe we are related, he was raised by his Aunt and Uncle and he said none of the names you mentioned were familiar to him. We do have other Azar relatives in Michagan and PA. Would you happen to know if any of your relatives share the Assad/Azar name.
