Josiah Athens married Elizabeth Brown in Hancock County, Mississippi. They are the parents of William Athens, my great grandfather. The Athens probably migrated from Georgia, some of that extended family probably did live in Tennessee at some time. It's feasible - don't find the name Martha in my paperwork.
